                                       yoga? what's up?

Hey guys!I haven't seen you at all. It is getting close to winter when some sports end. Here is a great option!

  I discovered yoga a couple weeks ago and loved it! I haven't done it since but I am planning too. It is really relaxing and trains your mind to be calmer! I have attached some links below. you don't really need much to do yoga. a mat works great and thats really all you need, as a beginner. I've attached some links below for yoga mats and books and videos. You don't need all of these things,but if you're interested, here you go!
